"I have been going to this clinic and love Dr. Hernandez but when I needed them the most to do a televisit they would not do it. I don't understand I have been going to them for two years. When I really needed them to do this they refused. I don't understand this."

"I am a veteran, chose Tricare over the VA. I wanted to spare the govt another burden, as I could afford the monthly copay. They coldly denied this vet with Meritorious service. I am starving on eggs and grits, saving the $205 for script renewal I've had for 10yrs. New doc @3months, another $205. #shamefullgreedybastards"
