"Went to this doctor's office after the APRN informed me they accepted my insurance , presented my insurance. Was never told anything about it not being accepted, paid a co-pay and completed the visit. A month later I recieve a phone call informing me that they do not accept my insurance and I owe an outstanding balance all of a sudden. These are deceptive practices , and if I had it to do over I wouldn't have went knowing they would do this. When called out on it Tina will call and leave you a nasty threatening voice-mail like she suddenly has a law degree instead of admitting that they made a mistake. Be aware of their tactics. ***How sad is it that your office attacks reviewers instead of addressing the issue. It’s not an insurance issue it’s a lack of knowledge on the staffs part concerning what insurances you accept and then the response received by staff once you disagree with them. But keep up the hostile responses to negative reviews it makes you all look amazing!"
