"They told me I could come back for another ultrasound as long as I didn’t have an obgyn yet. They kept saying “insurance takes a while to start so we can definitely do another one if you haven’t found a doctor yet.” My insurance won’t start until next month and now they are saying that they won’t do another one unless something is wrong. Don’t tell someone something unless you can do it. So disappointing and misleading."
"Save yourself the trouble if you don’t live in town. This has been the most hassle I have ever had to deal with. I have tried to call here 3 times to try and schedule an ultrasound confirmation after 4 positive at home tests. The first time I called I was told they generally don’t see anyone before 7 weeks and me thinking at the time I’d have the OBGYN stuff figured out before then I said to never mind, then once it seemed like I was going to have issues with that I called back and was told the second time I called that they absolutely do not and will not do ultrasounds before 7 weeks(which is completely arbitrary no matter what they say about “being able to see better” my first child was confirmed via ultrasound at 4.5 weeks) so I said never mind at that time again thinking I would be able to see an OBGYN prior to now and then today the third time I called I was told I had to first come in for a urine pregnancy test (according to them a “medical grade pregnancy test” which pretty much just is a $1 at home test, at least every single doctor I’ve been to in the past 18 years has used that as their test) first then schedule another visit for the ultrasound, I asked if there was any way possible to just do it same day since I live in the west end which is an hour 1 way away and it just doesn’t make sense for me to drive 2 hours for a test that doesn’t even take 5 minutes then have to schedule a different time to drive another 2 hours when it could have all been done in 1 day. That’s extra time off that I would have off of work that I really didn’t need to take off. And for an organization that claims to be pro life they shouldn’t make it this difficult."
"I would HIGHLY recommend this place to any first time moms! In fact, maybe any moms that’s already been down the pregnancy road. Every employee there is super nice and they make you feel welcomed. You don’t feel any judgement whatsoever! They provided me with all the information I needed to start my journey, even gave me coupons and gift cards for baby stuff! They really make sure you are taken care of and start off on the right foot. They even have a counselor that is really nice! It’s a fast and easy process with them. Any mom to be, or if you’re a mom already, is going to love the service provided here!"
