I just recently began my therapy after having lumbar disc surgery and this team is working hard to help me overcome damage caused by a long-term compression on spinal nerves. After just the first session of nerve work, I felt results!"

"This guy Jase is my physical therapist at therapy 1 at the beach on 98. For 2 years, all my specialist doctors were treating me for back pain. This guy after just a few visits was like “ no, it’s your hip!” And sent me to an ortho. They discovered my left hip had been completely eaten away by arthritis. 3 weeks later I had a complete hip replacement and back to Jase for rehab. I am now pain free, lost the limp, and most importantly am free to do normal people things! I no longer have of fear of the future and in fact have booked a European capitals trip in the spring. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Jase and the team at therapy 1 for giving me my life back! Do not hesitate to use these guys for physical therapy of any kind.
