"Our son loves it here and the teachers are great. The best Citi benefit.."
"Let me start by first stating, I absolutely loved this daycare and was so happy when I was able to enroll my daughter. I work on campus so it was convenient to have this daycare 2 mins away. My daughter was on her 3rd day of childcare and loved attending already, when I received a call from Ms. Joy Peters (Business Manager) stating that because I am "contracted through Citi" and "not an employee" I have to come immediately and remove my daughter from daycare. I'm in the middle of my work day and she tells me I have to come right away to remove my daughter and all her belongings. When I arrived I was treated so poorly, they couldn't even make eye contact with me. As though my daughter or I were no longer wanted because I wasn't a direct hire with Citi. I spoke with Joy Peters and she stated she has to let her "staff know to ask over the phone if people are a contractor or citi employee" meanwhile she was the one who did ALL my paperwork. I met with her 3 weeks ago!! Paid the enrollment fee and filled out all the paperwork, if there's anyone that should be at fault here it's her. You wait all this time before my daughter started daycare to then kick my daughter out?? This is absurd, that they would treat someone like this. I even asked if they had any recommendations of another daycare that I could look into and there response was, "I'm not from this area". Truly devastated!! I spoke so highly of this place to people, now I'm stuck having to miss work until I am able to find a daycare that has availability to place my daughter. I am going to reach out further and file a complaint, I hope no other parent has had this same treatment."
