"***Update*** ***After posting this review the owner did reach out to me and she apologized as she stated she never meant to ignore me she had a few things going on and she did deliver my daughters mask to me. I do appreciate her correcting the situation.*** I’ve used her service twice. The first time was in March -May 2019 for a dress and my experience was amazing she brought my daughters vision to life for prom. She communicated to me throughout the entire process and was very transparent about anything she could or could not do. No complaints there and because of my experience with her the first time I decided to contact her again for masks this year for me and my children. I ordered 10 masks. Communication was different this time and I felt as though I was “running her down” for status updates on my order. I ordered AND paid in full for them on 5/28 and was told shipping would take 3-4 business days. Fast forward to 6/10 I messaged her online for a status update and she did apologize said it takes 7 business days plus 3-4 business days for shipping. At this point I’m still not worried as I stated before I’ve done business with her no problem. I finally received my package the next day and the mask I received for my 5 year old was a bit small so I let her know and sent her a picture as she proceeded to say her little 5 year old cousin has the same mask and it fit her. At this point I’m wondering why that was said to me but it didn’t matter I just wanted the situation rectified. She agreed she would make her a new one and asked if I could come to her shop to pick it up. I told her no if she could just mail it or if I could meet her because I chose delivery due to my underlying health issues. I was willing to meet her outside of the business as I haven’t been inside of a building since March 2020 and offered to give her back the mask that’s too small. She said no she can keep it and mind you these conversations was going back and forth up until June 26 2020. Fast forward to today July 25, 2020 I still have not received my daughters mask. I message her atleast twice a week same way we would normally communicate and she looks at my message and just does not respond anymore. I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism she has displayed and I know she’s busy we all are yet looking at my messages and just not responding is plain disrespectful because I am paying returning customer. I feel the least she could do is communicate with me but at this point I’ll find someone else who treats their paying customers with respect and knows how to communicate. I hate to even have to write a review like this on my own but feel I have no choice at this point because of the way I am being treated as a paying customer who simply was dissatisfied about 1 out of 10 purchased masks. I will not tolerate a company ignoring mr after I have paid you and you agreed to fix the situation which has not been fulfilled."

"What can I say besides AMAZING! just to give you some insight on how great she is. I contacted Kylia EXACTLY 1 MONTH before my wedding due to me not being happy with my original dress I got made in Africa. I knew it would be a long shot but I asked anyway. She accepted the challenge and I am forever grateful! I know that her hands are blessed. I told her exactly what I was wanting even made last minute changes she accommodated with no issue! I literally received my dress 24 hours before my wedding sight unseen prior to and it was PERFECTION! it fit like a glove. I didn't need any additional alterations. It was perfect and it was so me! I am not sure how she captured everything I wanted to the T but she has gained a customer for as long as shes in business! Her work is incredible! I am so grateful to have found Kylia!"
