"I started seeing Dr. Likens weekly at the end of January 2023 and have seen vast improvements already. My frequent back pain has lessened to more tolerable levels and my tension headaches/neck discomfort have become minimal. In addition, I have a sports watch that tracks my nightly HRV and I have noticed a significant increase in my nightly numbers.
