The first thing he said after walking into the room was “I can’t help you, you’re in the wrong place” not what I wanted to hear but that’s ok. If I need a different specialist then as frustrating as it was that was fine but after this he was arrogant and talked and refused to listen to anything I had to say to understand what my next step was.
