"DO NOT GO HERE. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a refill on my medication and I've gotten no calls back. The same thing happened last month and it took me 3 weeks and some nasty voice mails to get a call back from them. They do not care about the safety and health of their patients. One medication I need refilled can cause seizures that do not stop and COULD KILL ME if I stop taking it cold turkey. This is the most dangerous and unprofessional psychiatrist office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with."

"This office still has not answered their calls, voicemails, or emails. In my opinion they have become very unprofessional and use covid as an excuse if you ever do get in touch. They set an appt up for an 2 AM via a text, test never called to reschedule not have they picked up their phone. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy at this point. This has been going on for way too long. This is not how you treat long standing patients. Especially when they are medicated by your office and you won't even answer a pharmancys calls. So again thanks for still not rectifying your problem. Completely unprofessional and shows you don't care for your patients. You have no concern of their safety and are only adding to their stress and anxieties.. I'm not pleased, your patient is not pleased."

"Witnessing my boyfriend for months now trying to call the office. No answers, or callbacks. I understand covid.. But come on. He needs his prescriptions refilled and even Publix can't get through to them. So Thanks, as of tomorrow I get to watch him go through Benzo withdrawals. He's been a patient of the office for year's beginning with Ms. Pat ,and this past year I think he's gotten someone on the phone 3 times??? I used to be an office assistant, I'll come in and answer the phones if that's what it takes for his mental health. I'm serious."

"Dr Gajo is generally amazing, although she talks more than wanted about her business then charges you for it. Nicki is kind and efficient. The gal who takes care of insurance is not. She sent a request to the wrong Insurance company and it took 6 months to get it straightened out. When not submitting to the wrong company, she doesn’t submit at all. Finally, myself and my pharmacy have been trying to get in touch with the office to get a prescription refill, but calls have not been returned for over a week. I love Dr. Gajo, but won’t be going back."

"It is easy to feel comfortable about sharing life experiences with Dr. Gajo. She is a very kind and caring lady. I appreciate all the help she has given me. Her office staff are always nice and greet people with a smile. The lobby has a quiet and calming atmosphere."
