"Seriously rude employees, the cashier with short dark hair and glasses was throwing my stuff into the bag very aggressively, i misplaced a bag of gummies in an aisle and could hear him THROWING them around. When i went into checkout he had the worst attitude a cashier could ever have. Very dissapointed. DO NOT COME HERE!!!"

"I been coming here for years and the level of service from the first employee she was very rude did not want help then went and hide in the back room so she did not have to help any further . Then finally the manager came to help . I work in customer service also for 8 years now and I would never treat my customers that way.."

"Used clinic in store. Pharmacy was quick with filling the prescription. Usman helped us and had a smile on his face the whole time and was very helpful even though he was juggling a lot at once."

"Morgan the Pharmacist at this location is an absolute joke and rude to boot. She apparently deems herself too busy to talk to customers about their prescriptions and deems liquid formularies of OTC meds unimportant to fill for toddlers that they’re weight based for, so directs the techs to tell the customer to get it off the shelf and call a pediatrician. My son had 4 meds sent to this location(which I gave a 2 and a half hour grace period before I arrived) and when I arrived 3 we’re ready and staff claimed “they didn’t send the other one because it’s an OTC”. Low and behold 5 hours later they call and say it’s ready after telling me to get the off the shelf option. Customer service is really not hard, and taking an oath in the medical field apparently doesn’t resonate with some."

"This Walgreen's has the rudest employees I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to meet! So my grandson and I stop by to pick up a few things and he sees some Pokémon cards he wanted but had no price. We go to the register to have the lady price check them and she plainly says they're $5.99 so I tell him he can get them. We finish up shopping and return to register to check out. There is a different lady there now and she starts scanning and the exact same cards now are $12.99 I explain to her the girl just scanned them and they were 5.99 and of course she is like no no they are not so I happen to see the other lady and show her she was the one who checked it for us and was fully expecting this wonan to say yes that is what i told her but this woman has the nerve to say no that is not what i told you I said 12.99 i know my mouth dropped from shock thinking I know this woman is not trying to stand here and lie right in my face! Long story short we leave without anything and won't ever make the mistake of returning to this store. It wasn't like I was the only one who heard her tell me the price or I may have gave her the benefit of the doubt and chalked it off to me misunderstanding what she said but my grandson and the lady in line behind us also heard it. Even when the nice lady tried to tell the worker that is what she told me they just acted like we were lying. I have never felt so belittled in a store. They need a major wake up call and a whole new crew. It is plain sad the way customers are treated now days. They don't have to worry about me gracing their doors again. I will do without before I go back to this store."
