"This is the 2nd time I have called this doctor's office and got the same horrible receptionist. The first time I called, she said I owed a bill of 110 and that I couldn't pay over the phone but had to call the corporate billing office. I called the corporate office and found out I only owed $18 and the bill she said I owed did not exist. I then called after I paid the bill to set an appointment, I could not be seen until a month later. Now, she has no control over that, however, she was very rude about setting the appointment. I have not once felt this upset or had a bad experience like this before. This is not a reflection on Dr. Neuland or his staff other than the receptionist who clearly has not been trained on how to do her job."
