"Mental health line just hangs up on you. Appointments constantly get changed without notification. Just an all around efficient government entity."
"An outstanding clinic with the exception of a few. I do not think that HUDVASH HAS THE PATIENCE FOR ITS MISSION. If they THINK you are not performing to their preference they can discharge you from their program. No regard for your medical needs or the community at large that has no housing. In my opinion this department does not serve the veteran well. Attitudes. I'm still trying to contact the head of the facility."
"Don’t go by the hours of operation posted on google. I made an appointment over three months ago for labs for 8 A.M. on 16 November and showed up 30 minutes early hoping to get seen do to a pop up meeting at work. Their lab hours say 0730-1700, but it’s 10 till eight and the lab window is closed! So much for checking prior to arrival."
"To be honest, Idk why they're getting low reviews. I think there are just a lot of old grumpy (typical) retirees with little patience. Been getting services here for over a year now (around 2 appts every month) and have no problem whatsoever. The receptionists at the mental health department side are the most recognizable ones, I forgot her name, but she usually sits close to the self-check-in computer, and she's the nicest and most caring one that I know besides my personal care team. Don't generalize the whole VA being bad because either everyone says they're bad or you had one bad experience."
