"This office would have 0 stars from me. I was a patient for Kaitlyn (love her) for 3 years. Came faithfully every month and on time. During covid time I had 2 deaths that took place a day before my appt but because I didn't cancel my appointment within 24 hours I got kicked off the program. I think its unfair and I know 100% if it was one of their family members there would be another option. I talked to the manager and her reply was I'm sorry...there are so many others waiting to get in the door. Really...."
"horrible. Always made my appointments ahead of time. Had appt scheduled for 1/27/23. Received 2 letters on 1/26. One said I missed an appt on the 23rd and another said they were restructuring their program and could no longer see me. Confused I call on the 27th and was told they had me scheduled for the 23rd. I NEVER would have made an appt for that date because it was my birthday. So THEY messed up in scheduling. Then they told me that I was dropped due to missed appt. I have been a patient since 1/2020. I missed 1 appt in 2020, 1 in 2021 and 2 in 2022 which last was 6 months ago. Hello covid years and stuff happens! They said they drop after 3 missed appts, I was NEVER made aware of this. I left a message for office manager TWO weeks ago and have still yet to have a return call. What it breaks down to is there are disclosures they didn't provide, sent a letter stating 1 reason and telling me another have now interupted my medical care since I am out of refills and can't get into a new doctor within a week. And they charged me $25 for missed appt on 23rd and dropped me. Seems like double jeopardy to me. I also pulled up new patient paperwork and there is nothing in there for that other than the 25 fee. Update: finally heard from office manager who acknowledges nothing in new patient paperwork and says its something they hand out to new patient but I might not have received it back then and regarding my appt there might have been some misunderstanding.. yet I am being punished as both of those are their fault."
"My son used this facility since January of 2022. Nice people, but lack clarity in their billing policies. For example my son was offered a digital scale at no charge as long as he weighed himself 28 out of 30 days. After that he was told the scale was his even if he was no longer in the program. That turned out not to be true, because now they want the scale returned plus we are finding out that Dr. Mark Ryan (who my son has never seen) is billing Medicare for "remote monitoring of physiologic parameters, initial supply of device with daily recordings and management of the results" for a total of $297.00. We are appealing these charges since my son was told the scale was a free part of the program. Sad that some folks in this organization cannot be trusted."
