I highly recommend and will come back in the future. I had an issue she was very understanding. I needed to drink more water which was Noone in the lobby and she wound up giving me her own water to help me."

Let me tell you, there were about 6 people in this office today and this lady got all of us in and out within an hour all by herself. Her service was exceptional. "Went in to do a pre-employment drug screening and was informed that they are “not doing any drug screening since their lab is under construction.” Under their website they are listed as strictly a lab location, so why even be open if you can’t even perform the service that your location was designed to provide? Also when I went in to sign in, it took whoever was at the front desk about 30 seconds to a minute to even acknowledge me because I believe she was on her phone….."

"Very understanding and caring about the importance of getting these tests done in somewhat uncomfortable ways, but how well they present themselves and how they look equally to us as individuals and not as if they are above or below us. The woman that did my hair follicle test for my child's Father and his paid Attorney to take as a means of ammunition to expose and diminish my parenting rights, never one time made me feel less than or below anyone else when I was getting that test done. I felt as if I was just as important as any of the other people who were there that day."
