Reviews of Wound Healing Center at North Okaloosa Medical Center
"I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. The receptionist and the younger nurse are the only people I dealt with that weren't complete jerks. The older nurse (office manager?) was the least professional and complete rudest person I've dealt with in the healthcare industry in quite awhile!! They made a mistake, THEY, and scheduled me for something on a Wednesday when THEY KNEW it had to be checked in 2 days and they apparently have the luxury of a 4 day work week so they wouldn't be there Friday to check it! I drove all the way from Ponce de Leon for my appt. And was told it was for nothing. Because they can't be bothered to work on Fridays, I just wasted $30 in gas and my time. When I took issue with this as my procedure is EXTREMELY important, I was met with eye rolls, contempt, and just plain rudeness. So clearly, just because it's important to you, does not mean it's important to them. At all. And you are treated as though you are a burden for even being there. So if my leg has to amputated, I'm gonna sue them back to the stone age. As soon as I found out that they are part of the Crestview hospital I should have left. You get the same kind of care and treatment as that place..... That's made lists of the top worst hospitals in the country. Do better, you handle things that impact people's lives. Severely. Have some compassion."
"Dr. Lucky and his staff were wonderful! They assessed my leg wound and immediately started treatment that helped it heal quickly. I was very pleased with their professionalism, friendly manner, and medical knowledge."
"Staff always friendly and caring."
