"Just had my first appointment and so far so good. Although I did feel rushed, I got what I needed and was in and out in 25 minutes. If you’re a new patient, have them mail the new patient paperwork to you and it will make it so much faster. I didn’t get to see the doc, only the nurse practitioner, so time will tell. This was the only place I could get into that accepted new patients. Grateful I was able to get in. Hopefully these reviews are from Karen’s who expect the world to revolve around them. Yes, if you’re a new patient it’s standard practice to show up 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Not sure if these people have never been to a doctor, but it’s the same everywhere. Also, if you have covid symptoms and are a new patient, they send you to CVS because there is nothing they can do. They can’t see you for 2 weeks, so the best they can do is tell you to go get tested. How about instead of whining about doctors, you Karen’s try to empathize?"

"Dr. Blanco has been a very professional, caring doctor anything she does not know how to treat she has referred me immediately to the right place. She has a terrific attitude with her patients and I feel extremely lucky to have her as my doctor."

"I called to make an appointment as a new patient, since my insurance company assigned me to them as my primary care provider. I told them my symptoms and the lady says “sorry, we’re not taking new patients with your symptoms because of covid.” She suggested I go to CVS’ Minute Clinic or an urgent care ….so you’re just not going to see anybody sick and turn them away? Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Not every sickness is covid, in case some of you forgot that. I have a 2 month old baby at home and I’d really rather not spread it to him. Jerks."
