"Wife went in as she is pregnant. We went to talk with them and see how it would work. They never called us or anything. Got a certified letter today in the mail telling us that they will not be our doctor and it's a mutual agreement. It's a multiple choice letter also and that was the box tbey had checked. This was one of the worest experiences we have ever had. On top of this the staff was very rude and the doctor was rushed on everything she had to say. We also wanted a natural birth and they seemed very upset by this."
"Dr Decotis is wonderful. Unfortunately though she has surrounded herself with paraprofessionals in her office that are rude and have zero customer service skills and even less patient case management abilities. The office staff is probably the worst I've ever encountered."
