"If you actually want to be seen just go to Eglin’s ER. It’s always a run around with them. They take 3-4 months to get an appointment and when you finally get in they won’t see you for more than 1 item so then you have to schedule another appointment. Also time you go in there for they want you to go somewhere else or do at home monitoring and schedule a follow up appointment with another 3 month wait. The scheduling line says they will see you for multiple items at a time but it’s all a lie and these people don’t care about you."

"The experience I had with this clinic was downright negligent. First off, it’s absolutely pitiful there’s no Sick call. Seriously? I had to wait two days for a call back from a primary medical provider after I came in sick for Covid. Kept calling back three times a day wondering where my call for two days straight and I was kept being pushed off... “ oh don’t worry a Doctor will call you by the end of the day” is what I heard for 2 days straight. For flight medicine alone, Took 30 minutes to an hour each time I tried to call, and I was number 1 in line."
