"Everyone is super friendly here. I recommend if there are any issues or concerns, just go up to the office. They'll take care of you quickly if it doesn't involve a check up!"
"Not everyone is rude here, I’ve had great encounters with many of the women in the WIC office, but I just had the rudest women on the phone who first laughed at me as if anything I said was humorous when needing information about my baby’s formula which was very unprofessional maybe she thought she was above because I’m the one using WIC service either way it very rude secondly, she stated she had to use the bathroom so she was going to hang up and she did. Never in my life have I experienced that level of unprofessionalism like why even be in customer service if your not going to show love and compassion to those you serve you may as well do something else that doesn’t involve customer because you girlfriend do not have it going for you. Rant over I can’t speak for everyone because I haven’t been treated so poorly by anyone else here except for that woman thankfully I didn’t get her name wouldn’t want to embarrass her even tho she was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I hope she doesn’t do that to everyone it would really be a diservice."
"They are super rude on the phone, and have messed up my appointment time/date/type every single time I’ve had an appointment at her. so I am switching to the other WIC office in town. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt doubt on all the mess ups because I know they are busy, but there is no reason to be unkind to people."
"Came in, pulled my ticket, sat there in front of the windows for 20 minutes to watch them chat. They then decided to pull the blinds down and call for lunch. I guess I couldn't get checked in 20 minutes time just to pick up benefits. Nothing changed. I should've been in and out of the door. Now I'm sitting here for an hour in the parking lot because if I don't then my benefits won't get renewed. Really unprofessional."
"Usually the seevice is semi fast, the normal for a walk in clinic. But today was just the worst customer service I received. Sat down and waited for my name to be called. When i checked on my last name to make sure I didnt miss it since it was so loud in the waiting area...two employees caught a attitude. They need a better system or something. Even the lady next to me started complaining and they finally called her name then. Just be prepared to wait a while when you go."
