"My experience was GREAT! My son and I just finished our open water plus nitrox. Our instructor Aaron was Awesome! Neither my son or I ever felt pushed because Aaron made sure we were comfortable with every single part of the training. The people at Heroes Dive Center answered all our questions from type of equipment needed to places for beginners to dive. AGAIN IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!"

"Thank you for an awesome experience, this was a big hill to climb for me but your wonderful staff and instructors made the learning less challenging for me with their patience and support. Keith and Kiera were superb at alleviating my anxiety over such an intimidating challenge in the actual dive emergency drills practices. Keith was there to answer and ensure all our questions were answered, repeated things for us when necessary. Can't express enough how exceptional and important that human factor is on a person's success. Your equipment is top notch that you have and include in your program. Your team makes the process not feel like a hard sell in the shop, that your just in the business to rush people through in order to sell them expensive equipment. "I really feel terrible giving the shop only a two star review, but I want to share my experience. I’m a very infrequent diver… The last time I went was three years ago. I dropped my regs off to see if they were worth servicing or if I would be better off just renting since I do go so infrequently. I was really concerned about sending them out for assessment with my credit card information because I didn’t want servicing done if it was going to be what I considered expensive. Sean assured me that if the repairs would be any more than the deposit I left, I would get a phone call to get my authorization to move forward with repairs. I called the shop twice to get updates, but my calls weren’t returned so I figured I would just wait until they had any information for me. I finally did get a phone call informing me that my regs had been repaired for a total of $425 without my approval. Honestly… I have no plans to dive in the near future so I absolutely would not have had them repaired for that cost. I did come to pick them up and unfortunately had to shell out a lot more money than I would have agreed to just so I could get them back. As a consumer, we really are at the mercy of businesses. The only thing I had to go on was Sean’s assurance that I would get a call before repairs were made but unfortunately that did not get communicated to whoever made the repairs and now I’m out a lot more money than I can really afford at this time."

"Sean and his team are one of the best I’ve seen in the industry. They are very knowledgeable about all the classes they offer. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in Florida as well as out of town travelers. On their trips there was never a dull moment! I didn’t know I could have so much fun and also learn a lot about the ocean at the same time! The staff here also really helped me with my gear purchase and making sure I selected the right gear for my trip. Everyone was so patient with my many questions and very kind. I can’t wait to take my next course and trip with these guys!"
