"Went in for a MRI of my neck in December 2023.now it's the end of January and still no results.I can't get them on the phone."
"A little over a month ago I injured my neck very badly. I've been in horrible pain mostly only able to lie on the floor. I'm having horrible numbness and weakness all over. Dr Manley ordered an MRI but said there's nothing he can do for me so he referred me to Dr Rainier. Two weeks after following up with them I still don't even know if Dr Rainier will see me and my GP has called them twice. I've informed Dr Manley's nurse what's going on several times while she does respond I might as well call pizza hut for answers. During all of this I ended up going to Thomas ER multiple times when I could hardly walk and was having the feeling of blacking out. There wasn't much they could do for me... They scheduled an appointment with Dr Flott to try and get some answers. Two days later he cancelled my appointment. Sadly I've been dealing with this after breaking my neck 17 years ago. But I have to say CNI has been the absolute worst lack of care I've ever experienced. I ended up going to Baldwin Bone and Joint not only have they been more compassionate but took my situation much more seriously. (Kristy Barrentine - 5 stars) Really sad that this can happen to someone I can't even shower or fix my own food. (When this first started the injury and pain at the very top of my neck was so severe it was causing an intense pressure inside my head, face and eyes. Completely different than a headache. When I informed Dr Manleys nurse of this, begging for help, their response was Dr Manley could order a brain MRI to see why I'm having headaches... Total lack of communication) edit: today 11/29 I was told Dr Rainier will not see me. Never in my 33 years have I been denied to see a doctor and not once but twice. 12/6 - Dr Nidal Omar got me in three days after being referred, has ordered several tests and promises to get to the bottom of things. Quirky but excellent doctor that made sure every single question was answered. From someone that has experience with doctors Go anywhere but CNI."
"It has felt hopeless to have visit Friedman for so many times. I don't know if because my ethnicity, this is how they made me feel. I came with an issue cause in the beginning at my work place then at the hospital where I was to get help. From day one I felt rejection, not sympathy, he had no intention of wanting to help. It took him long time to give me prescription for my pain(didn't work) I don't ever want to go back to this place again, where they rather called you liar then to do their job and actually figure out what was wrong and how to help me. Still not ok but he said...it is nothing I can help you with, so go somewhere else."
"If you're reading this I'm sorry for your pain and seriously wish you good luck. All I know is my surgery was apparently a waste of everyone's time and money. I was 40 at the time (active and not overweight, but not "fit") with "severely" herniated L5 and had surgery in March of last year. Dr. Flott. 3 months later it was like it never happened. Since my original visit, I've spoken to more people than not that said this process seems to create more addicts still in pain than healed patients. Over a year later and I'm still experiencing symptoms. Luckily I don't care about pain meds. I moved on to pain mgmt with RH, but tbh, save that money and get a personal trainer. They're just going to put you in PT anyway where you're one of 80 clients they see a day. I've talked to people who have had more success with trainers, chiropractors and massage therapists than these one trick doctors who can't address the body's symptoms as a whole."
"I usually don't write reviews. Dr. Friedman is the best Doctor ever and God has a special place for him in heaven. The nurse and the staff are freaking awesome. His manners as a doctor I've never seen in my whole 31 years with my type of insurance a doctor would of been wrote me off. He took me and my spouse in his office personally and went over the results and listened to our concerns for about 45 mnts. He will call you personally to check on you and his nurse will also. I felt so special yesterday at my visit. Then to top it off he walked us to the check out and stated he is going to call on check on me again. He said we are going to fix this tears were rolling down my eyes as I left out. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
