"I was a patient with Brinker before Heaton took some of his clientele. Never had any issues with either Brinker, or Heaton (so far). However, I called in at 4:32 today to ask for a list of specialists that I was told would be sent to me. The person who answered the call completely avoided and redirected my questions to online-messaging when information could have been provided over the phone, and even laughed at me. If anybody had asked where I go for my medical needs before, I would have recommended here. Now I'm not so sure. I understand that this is one instance in an otherwise flawless record, but it definitely leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, being treated like that. Open to changing this review in the future, but I might not be visiting again to do so."
"I will never go to another Ascension office again…simply for their billing issues. I was seen by them 3 times in March and April of 2021. They never submitted my bills to insurance until 2022. By this time, it had been over a year and I had also changed plans, so of course it was denied. Insurance even confirmed the reason for them being denied was because of the “date of service” and that they would have been covered, had they been submitted on time. Each time I speak with someone, they give me another number to call or email address to message. I have spent countless hours on the phone and through messaging. Never again, never again!"
"My wife and I called and scheduled a dual appointment w/ our primary care physician for 9:45. Offices called back telling us to check in w/ Urgent care. We did. Waiting over 2 hours. WHY? No communication...updates...we and all others here are sick!!!! Service is POOR❗️"
