"I like the atmosphere here. Very friendly and listen to me."
"This facility should be an embarrassment to the doctors of the Orthopedic Group. Its a small, narrow area with some therapy tables and resistance bands and that's about it. I didn't see any exercise or therapy machines and my PT was nice but useless. They asked what exercises I was doing so I showed them but stated, the exercises seemed to make the swelling worse. I'm familiar with PT, so I asked about any post-exercise therapies like dry needles, ultrasound, or cupping to help recovery. They said they were all great and I could do any of them at home. Then they gave me handwritten notes of the exercises I was already doing and told me to come back in 2 weeks. So to sum up, I spent an hour plus copay $150 and walked out with no diagnosis, no new exercises, and no therapy. It was a complete waste of time and money; the worst PT experience I've had."
"Everyone is professional, very nice,Friendly, makes it fun to be there,"
"While new to the PT process I have to say these guys are the utmost professionals and very pleasant to work with. Extremely knowledgeable plus they made the visit as fun as it could possibly be. Very friendly and cordial staff. They also helped with advice for other issues not just my shoulder. Very highly recommended."
"I wouldn’t even give this therapist, a star, if I didn’t have to. The attitude she presented as her coworkers watched as she told me they could not help me. Even yelled at me that I had to leave and go see my doctor, here or up north or wherever. I have only seen them 3 times a week for 3 weeks for 30 minutes each time. Given a sheet of exercises for my neck and back from two different injuries. Most recently my attic stairs came down, the whole stairs, hit me in the head and shoulders. I took the MRI and reported to the therapist, who, I thought was in charge. A week earlier. He told me that what he saw was nothing they couldn’t fix. If this was all I needed, why was she yelling at me in the manner in which, she did, for no reason, that I am aware of. Absolutely, nothing on my part. I was totally shocked at her rude behavior as anyone would be. OUT OF THE BLUE…I chose this place, because it was close for me to drive to. Plus, I had been to them before. She the therapist, not sure if she is one, told me my insurance wouldn’t pay for more than 15 days. I have only been there for 9 days, the last 5 sessions were canceled, not by me. I pay a lot of money for my insurance, myself. I called my insurance. They told me they would pay. Even, if I needed to go every day for the rest of my life. I will never go back to this place. My suggestion is to look for a better place to help with your recovery. Good luck! Remember Alabama is listed number 47 the worst state for medical. Places with an employee like this. I now understand why. This person was at least honest she couldn’t help me, she doesn’t know how to help herself. She was very unprofessional. I deserve a call, and a written apology from the doctors who own this business, for the way I was treated and not treated. They should know the people they hire to help their patients to recover. There should be a policy in place to let their patients know they cannot help them. Not, in the manner, in which, I was told. There is no reason anyone should be yelled at in any professional business. Especially, for what we pay. Tired of everything blamed on COVID."
