"I agree with everyone else's comments, I like Dr. Lee a lot but to do anything that requires his office staff is like pulling teeth. You either play phone tag for forever, have the person who answers the phone not pass along the correct message, and the people answering the phones can't answer basic questions like where can I get my bloodwork completed. If the only people who can answer a question have a personal emergency your call won't be returned either you have to keep calling to get an answer and then they wonder why you are frustrated that their lack of staff coverage has now caused you to have to leave work in the middle of the day for bloodwork you could have already completed had someone been able to answer a simple question. They also expect you to have all the paperwork they hand you, with you at all times (even though you asked them to email it to you so that you could have it with you at all times via your phone) and to be able to interpret that the order written for Quest can be drawn at Baptist facilities. I was unaware that making a list of the voicemails that were received in a day with notes and then working the list to make sure all calls are returned was so difficult. I am happy to create an excel spreadsheet for you that will make this very simple."
"Support staff is awful. They cancelled my appointment, then inferred that it was MY fault for 'not being able to decide between appointments.' No. I moved one appointment, and when I called the week before to confirm it, said I didn't have that appointment, only the original one. So, I said ok, I'll go back to the original one. They called the following day to tell me they had no appointment for me, and no appointments that day. So, now I'm living in my bed, hoping I don't have to go to the ER, or die before I can get back in to the doctor. I like Dr. Lee, but may have to change doctors, due to issues with his staff."
"I have called them numerous times, as I have a upcoming appointment, but have yet to get a response, and I am very uncomfortable with all of this, and I am probably going to cancel my procedure for August 3rd, as no one seems to care about me . There has to be better options"
"Don't bother calling and leaving a message with concerns becasue you will never receive a call back. Even when you are patient, kind, and nice. I feel 3.5 weeks is an adequate amount of time to return a call from a patient. I have left 3 messages spaced out to give them time and have not received a response. I also sent a message directly to the physician directly from the portal. I was a MA for 7 years and never let patients questions go unanswered or left the patient to worry about something that was concerning them. Very disappointing."
"To wait 20 mins for someone to answer the phone in order to make an appointment is totally unprofessional!!! What is wrong with these people here? Oh wait, I know. They want to make sure you have to listen to their self promotion."
