I had rotator cuff surgery in 2018 on my left shoulder, and on my right shoulder the end of December 2023. I highly recommend him. He is thorough and caring. His nurse, Brittany, returned my calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions."

"This review is based on an experience with Dr West! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this doctor's office. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist seemed more interested in chatting about drinking malibu and what they mix it with than in answering my questions about the required forms. I was made to feel like a bother rather than a valued patient. To make matters worse, I ended up waiting for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before being taken to another room, only to wait again for an x-ray. When I finally got to see the doctor, it felt like he completely disregarded the MRI disc and report I had brought from other doctors. Instead, he made me wait once again for him to review it. After spending a frustrating two hours at the clinic, I was shocked when the doctor disregarded my bulging discs and facet joint injury and simply offered a shot. Despite previously calling and warning about my needle phobia and the need for a sedative beforehand, he dismissed my request for one and said it wasn't an option. This lack of patient care was completely unacceptable. Being told to continue suffering in pain, especially when I have been dealing with it since October, is incredibly wrong. It's clear that this doctor's office lacks compassion and fails to prioritize the well-being of its patients. I strongly discourage anyone from seeking care at this facility."
