"Staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Got to see nurse in less than 10 minutes and doctor shortly thereafter. Diagnosed with pneumonia. Gave me antibiotics and fluids. Felt much better and like a new person the next morning."

"Update: They called to follow up with my concerns listed below so I appreciate that!! Maybe they were just having a bad day but I visited here on Monday morning. I waited in line with everyone else and arrived right before 8:00. The receptionist was very kind and understanding! Too many pages of paperwork to fill out and that consisted of at least 5-7 pages worth. They finally called me back 5 till 10:00. The MA/nurse took a few vitals but didn't measure my height or weigh me. Instead, she asked what they were. I had to guess my weight. She asked me what my symptoms were and swabbed for covid and strep. She didn't advise how long it would be for the tests to run. The NP came in and listened to my symptoms, breathing and told me I had strep. I felt that she was talking at me. She repeatedly said the same things to me and prescribed me an antibiotic medication that I haven't taken in a long time, if ever. At least the both of them told me that they hoped I'd get to feeling better. Another nurse came in and gave me a steroid shot that the NP had recommended and that I wanted to receive. She was great at giving the shot and I felt minimal pain afterwards. By the time I left the office it was at least after 10:30. This office has too long of a wait. I hope to continue seeing my normal urgent care from now on because they are able to see me in a more timely manner. I only visited this urgent care because I was an hour and a half away from where I live and needed to be able to be seen before my symptoms got worse."

"Visited today. Staff was nice. I saw Dr Micheal Hall . He was so caring and compassionate to my needs. Listened to my needs. He went above and beyond to care for me. Nurses were just as caring and nice. I'm already feeling better. Highly recommend if you get sick at the beach."
