I spoke to the representative. Aska, and explained this conundrum. After a few jokes about the typical "My dog ate my homework", we laughed. Noted, this was the first time he heard this problem as a agent. Fortunately, he believed me and quickly resolved the issue, which was amusing but complicated, since there was not much information to left to research, after Molly ate her portion. I thought that I would just be "going through the motions," but this course had some valuable statistics regarding the dangers of speeding, aggressive driving, etc., and it has positively affected my driving habits!! I wish more states would adapt this system, as this is significantly more effective than just getting a fine and increased insurance rates. It would help if the statistics were more up to date. "We always take the time to say something bad about a company, especially when we are upset. I’m not like that. If someone does right by me I try to return doing right to them. I can’t leave them with a bad review as I was refunded my money as I did not go through with the course after paying. I read some bad reviews and the beginning of the course can be tedious. They answered me and explained why it’s like that and it doesn’t seem to me to be their fault. The program apparently has a lot of state laws attached to it, certain things they must do to be allowed to give you a certificate. My apologies to safe motorist. Getting this certificate can be frustrating but with some patience they are just as validated as anyone else offering the course. I’m going to get myself situated and maybe try again. I need 10% of my insurance because it is high. Hoping they can help me. I appreciate them explaining why the program is like this. Thank you."

"Don't waste your money with this course. The computer program is defective. It repeatedly logged me out before I had a chance to read the material. Their customer service refused to refund my $19.95 and were none too polite about it. Its called a rip-off."
