"My 4yr daughter has been asking me to enroll her in dance classes. I decided to try Skyra Jazz class based off of the reviews. I called in July 2023 and was told that I could not do a free 1 day trial until the class started 8/14/23 at 6pm. On 8/14/23 at5:30pm I get a call stating the class was canceled due to lack of enrollment and it happens every year cause of school starting. The new class would start 9/4/23 at 6pm. Then I get a text stating that they are not open on 9/4/23 due to labor day so it was rescheduled for 9/11/23. On 9/11/23 I got a text an hour before class stating the instructor canceled the class due to an emergency. I was told I could try the older kid ballet class just for that night for the inconvenience and the following week the Jazz class would start. I asked if the Jazz class was really going to happen and was reassured it was going to happen. I arrived to Jazz class with my daughter on9/18/23 and was told at 1st that they had no Jazz class by the same girl I spoke to by text, phone, and in person. She looked my daughter up in her her computer and said oh sorry that instructor canceled again and did not tell her. My daughter left crying. Skyra has to be the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, dance studios I have ever been too. I do not recommend it. And shame on me for believing for 3 months that they really did have a Jazz class. Seeing my daughter cry is so heartbreaking."
