"I got nothing but good things to say about this school. I'm speaking from a veteran who used the GI bill to go to school. I have done 10 years trade school at multiple trade schools in south Florida where I'm from. and all my teachers where great, but this school was my personal favorite. the teachers there are Chris and Eric and they are very knowledgeable and are more then willing to go out of there way to help you and answer all your questions you might have about personal fitness. this was a great use of my GI bill. I just wish they would have a school like this here in south Florida!!! but all in all I would recommend this school for any veteran looking to use there GI bill, and don't want to feel like they wasted there benefits. I have no regret using my benefits here at this school the learning experience here was very good it greatly expanded my understanding and knowledge about the muscles in our body and much more i still have there books which are really good and informative especially the student resource guide which has a nice little chart to walk you through helping people with muscle imbalances an how to fix there mobility problems also. this is a quick little message to the teachers and staff! Patrick your a great man thank you for everything I admire your work ethic you really get on top of things, you really looked like you work very hard, that's a trait I would like more of myself. Johanna you are honestly my favorite counselor I've ever had your the sweetest lady ever, god bless you to the fullest! your like the most friendliest lady I ever met I feel like! lol Eric your a great man thank you for everything you taught me I genuinely think your a great man of! you also have a great work ethic you mentioned having a gym an calling a lot of people to make members really is inspiring. I pray you prosper in all things and may God lift any and everything that troubles you and weighs on your heart and I really do thank you for everything and I apologize as well for things of the past! chis thank you for everything you are a very nice man I got to see you interact a little with your family on the phone and the way you talk about your family honestly it was very heart warming, this is coming from someone who grew up in a very broken home. you seem like a really great Dad your family must really love having you around! an you have a great work ethic as well lol!!"
"Amazing school, well worth the money spent. I would far more trust the worst NPTI trainer over the best trainer from any other certification. Great teachers that know how to nurture a classroom environment."
"Great school with an awesome owner and staff that goes above and beyond getting you ready to start school, helping you to graduate the program and land employment or starting up your own business afterwards! Will definitely recommend checking out if you are interested in becoming a PT!"
"I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to study at NPTI in Orlando. It is without a doubt the best school and teachers I've ever attended and met. Their dedication, knowledge, Chris's enthusiasm, patience and way of teaching is impressive and inspiring. His ability to meet every student at their level, treat them with respect, always taking the time to answer every question, and the fact that he managed to make every single class fun and interesting, are some of the reasons why I'll be going back for the advanced class at NPTI. If your thinking about studying for personal training, this is the school to go to!"
"Unfortunately, I have to offer up a few warnings about NPTI in this review... NPTI is a 2 Star business with a 5 Star education.. that's why I have given it a 3 star rating.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chris and Amanda "Yogi" are Amazing instructors, Chris is the Theory Instructor and Yogi is the Practical Instructor. They are kind, caring and patient teachers that genuinely want to help you be the best Personal Trainer that you can be the level of knowledge that they share with you along the way is nothing short of priceless. I am thankful for them and the dedication they showed us. The Network of important relationships with your classmates that are built over the course of the 4.5 months you are there is incredible. ⭐⭐ The Ownership unfortunately is disconnected from the very people that make a sacrifice in their daily lives financially and logistically speaking to attend their school. They seem to treat people as if their another number, just another $8,000+ pay check that just keeps the business flowing so that their incredible instructors can continue to be the Sole reason the business stays a float. This is ironic considering they are a business that promotes starting a business/career in a field that is ALL about Genuinely caring for the individuals that keep your business alive. The owners don't take the time to get to know any of those walking $8k+ paychecks nor do I believe they actually care to. There seemed to be an extreme lack of understanding and empathy in regards to the commitment and sacrifice that people(especially ones with families) are making to attend a school that requires every bit of your time and energy to complete KNOWING that despite financial aid, VA Benefits, Etc Etc it may or may not be enough to cover your monthly expenses.. (but you're motivated and ready to make a sacrifice because your going to kill it in the fitness field after school) and yes of course... I know... That's not their problem and nor do they have to have empathy.. I was actually brutally reminded by Patty Sherman verbatim that "She wasn't crying me a river" and granted she's right, She definitely doesn't have to... However, a little bit of acknowledgement and empathy for someone that chose to pay $8k+ at Her school would have been nice. Maybe an understanding that being in a classroom 9am-4:30pm (during typical working (family providing) hours) can be burdensome would have been nice. It would have been nice to feel a little more appreciated after dedicating the time to MAKE THE CHOICE TO INVEST IN MYSELF AT THEIR SCHOOL... It's weird to say this... I recommend the Education but NOT the School just based on the customer service of the owner and how they made me feel as a consumer. WARNING: the policy that they have on missed hours adds up quickly and it costs you some serious money if you are not careful.. My hours missed were unfortunately unexcused in their questionable book of unexcused absences.... A funeral, (an uninsured) health related absence and an unavoidable childcare related absence ALL determined UNEXCUSED and leading me to owing the school an additional 600+ dollars and not giving me my diploma in order to start working in my field. When I tried to gain clarification in regards to the ADDITIONAL fees I owed due to numerous things in LIFE happening outside of the school Patty Sherman was extremely nasty to me. I was shocked. And the irony of that is that I had just convinced a friend of the family that she should attend when She got out of the Marines (another 8k walking) I just pray for the heart of the owners that they reevaluate the way they treat people because the people that make the sacrifice to come to your school are good people and veterans that live to help others."
