"I was having trouble finding a school for my son and this school was recommend to me. I called, made an appointment and now he is going into his third year with them. It was the best decision I've made for him. This is only school that I know will help your child actually get a high school diploma. I couldn't be happier with all the staff. Everyone has been great and very professional. They treat my son as if he was a family member, not just a student. They love and accept his quirkiness, and besides that they were able to get him to read for himself. He was always able to comprehend what was read; however had a hard time sounding out the written words. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a school were their child is going to feel safe and loved. Bainbridge Academy will help them reach the best part of themselves and grow into the world around them."

"My son has attended Bainbridge Academy going on 2 solid years now. I must say that I spent my son's entire life from kindergarten up until 2 years ago before I found anyone on the therapist or professional side that would even begin to point me in the right direction. Our academic journey had been painful and frustrating up until then. I knew what my son needed but there was no one around that offered it and after countless therapists, schools, other private schools taking advantage of funds and an extensive psychologist evaluation I finally found a therapist that told me about Bainbridge. I had searched all of Central and went as far as North FL looking for a school with the expertise and curriculum that would help my son succeed. I had lost all hope and had started homeschooling and that's when we found Bainbridge Academy. I moved from 2 hours away and switched jobs to make the commute possible. I can honestly say that it has been the best investment in my son's life I have ever made and these folks have worked HARD!! My son had worked HARD but he loves his school and his academic progress in 2 years has completely made up for the lost time and replaced any prior schooling from birth up until Bainbridge happened. If you are tired of looking or you just started your journey I would not hesitate to give Bainbridge Academy an opportunity. I did my research and I am both grateful to all the powers of the universe and the experience of the Bainbridge Academy Team for bringing out my son's abilities. He is reading now and is an A student in all his classes (my expectations were completely surpassed after the first year because I know where he was when we got there). I just want to say thank you again in so many ways to all the teachers, therapist, to the Bainbridge owners for pouring their efforts, kindness, sweat and tears day after day to make a difference in our special needs kids. It's so complicated to find the right place for our kiddos and I just want you all to know that you bring priceless opportunities to countless families one at a time and we could not be more grateful to you!! I have never been steered in the wrong direction by you and It's just a matter of allowing you guys to do what you know best and accepting your guidance as professionals. "This is our first year at The Village Academy and I don't have a single negative thing to say about this gem of a school that is hidden from the eyes of the special needs community and that is a huge mistake.This is the first time in a long time that I feel truly happy for my kid who has some really challenging behaviors to be really loved and totally accepted for who he is. I have to say that the director,Ms DINA is a god send for us.She is such a positive influence in this school that is truly reflected in all of the teachers and therapists that work in the school. This school is really a second home for my son away from home. I as a parent have chosen to volunteer at the school a number of times and I am always amazed at the kind of chemistry the teachers and therapists have with all the kids. The whole school is one big happy family and they have so much fun together. This is the kind of school I would have liked to attend when I was a kid. The field trips are amazing where they transport all the kiddos in their own school van and go to fun,fun places. The other parents are always so nice and friendly to talk to and everyone seems so happy to be here. Why not?, when the kids are happy,the parents are too and share a common piece of mind.
