Reviews of Dramatic Education
"Absolutely the worse program I have ever seen. My daughter 8 is autistic at conway and gets bullied every day. Last week she got her shirt ripped off her and this week some boy punched her in the chest and cut off some of her hair. Regarding the shirt they tried to claim that they saw her taking the shirt off in the bathroom but then flipped there story saying it happened when I got there. They refuse to take blame for there poor leader ship and they don't care that kids get hurt. This week she went to use the bathroom and gets punched in the girls bathroom by a BOY in the girls bathroom and proceeded to chop up her hair and there only excuse is that they don't have enough people, yet they make $200 dollars per kid every month with roughly around 30+ kids in there comes to over 6,000 dollars a month for a total of 54,000 dollars a year. Your telling me, you can't afford to hire people to work 3 hours a day and watch kids. I'm so pissed off! Oh don't get me started when i went to pick up my kid they lied to my face and then lied to my wife who works at that school They do what ever they can to cover up situations with kids so they don't loose there contract! I hate this program."
"Over the years it has been such a struggle to even try to communicate with the owner of this program; all she want is money and never willing to listen or show any grace to parents, I've had conversations with other parents and I'm not the only one who feels this way, if I have an option I will never pick them to watch our son for after school program. It's nothing but glorified daycare where kids don't learn anything but watch TV or play with friends. Despite of that, if the owner is kind I wouldn't even care because our kid is there only after school for hour or hour and half and we pick him early often if possible because I just don't want him there; I never ask owner for refund or count the days he wasn't there, we just auto-pay everything because I understand it doesn't work that way, however, there was this one day I have to be at work little earlier for important meeting and I wanted to drop him off early for literally 15 mins as school open at 8:15 so I drop him off at 8, and she went on to tell me that she will start charing me next time, and that i have to sign up for both AM and PM, like really for one day for 15 mins? Shows how greedy people can be. Like really no grace whatsoever? I believe that little kindness and grace can go a long way, even though you are all about business. I hope you get to read this and think about it."
"Dear Parents, I feel compelled to share my experience with this afterschool program my child attended recently, in the hopes that it will provide you with a more comprehensive view of the program's dynamics. While I believe in giving every program the benefit of the doubt and acknowledging that individual experiences may vary, my child's time at this program was far from ideal. To begin with, the advertisements and for this afterschool program appeared promising, and I was initially excited about the potential opportunities it could offer my child. However, as time went on, it became evident that the program did not live up to its advertised inclusivity and commitment to diversity. One of the most concerning aspects of our experience was the exclusion and discrimination my child faced. It was disheartening to see my child struggle to fit in and feel like an outsider, despite our initial hopes that this program would be a welcoming environment. This was particularly disappointing considering that the program claimed to promote a culture of acceptance and respect. Furthermore, attempts to address these issues with the program staff were met with indifference and, at times, even defensiveness. It was frustrating to feel like our concerns were not being taken seriously or that our child's well-being was not a top priority. In closing, I believe that open and honest communication is essential for any educational program's improvement. I hope that by sharing our experience, the program administrators will take the necessary steps to address issues of exclusion and discrimination, ultimately creating a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all children."
"First day of school and you can’t get ahold of no one. Front desk does not have any information about anything , they can’t provide an email or phone number to get ahold Of anyone. Called 5 different numbers and no one can tell me about my kid"
