"Lunatics don't have a flag in their system to even reach out to a student taking on more than he should handle. My nephew is on the hook for a semester's worth of tuition because he took way too many classes. He's 18. He messed up. But NO ONE said "this freshman is taking like... time and a half, we should probably talk to him". Do you have so little information on your students that it didn't flag ANYWHERE? I'm so disappointed in this university."
