"This company is probably trying to run some kind of scam. Had a telemarketer call me to discuss my account. The woman who called doesn't speak any English at all. When I told her I prefer to discuss matters of business in English she very rudely replied "no inglis" and hung up."
"They had a telemarketer call my number. It was a very confusing voicemail. She stated she was calling "from your insurance", and said they wanted to get my details so they could take care of my prescription. I thought it might be my actual insurance company so I did call back to check. They asked for my birthdate. I asked them how to spell the name of their company because both people I had contact with there were so hard to understand. Super unprofessional, sleazy way to attempt to get business."
