"I signed up for the 6 week in person class not knowing how this would all work with COVID but also realizing there was no way I would be able to take this course online so I took a chance and I’m SO GLAD I did! First off our instructor was an actual teacher with a past as a college instructor at FCCJ. Not only was he an expert at the art of teaching, he also had a lifetime of experience as a realtor with a focus on commercial. His ability to take the already complex, overwhelming material and provide specific real world relatable experiences was the most beneficial part of this class in my opinion. The second factor was the small class size, we only had 6 people! I’ve heard horror stories of other schools with over 30 people in class. We were able to all ask questions during the class and receive personal guidance as we navigated the chapters. The space was super clean sanitized daily before class and desks were all 6 feet apart. We received an actual study book with quizzes and homework and did tons of reading. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking to learn, understand, and retain all of the information needed to pass the Florida state exam."
