"CHA is a wonderful school - the teachers and staff are like family and truly love each student. My child has been there since 2nd grade and I am so thankful I found this great school. The academics are great and really help the child in being prepared for the following grade"
"It is hilarous how some people expect a school to be perfect. I love this school and many will complain but they should realize that there are going to be problems wherever you go and expect them. People expect so highly of a school that everyone complains about. It is ultimately your choice whether you going to let such an insignificant thing get in the way of such a good school. No school is perfect and you should remember that. The teachers try their best to educate their students and give them so much grace and opportunities to help them with their grades and with the rules. Some of the teachers are even willing to tutor students after school hours if appointments are scheduled. There are students at that school that actually care about you and are very kind and they try their absolute best to lighten the mood in the classroom. You're child can make a difference. The Bible teacher for 7th grade is very inspiring, loving, and tries her best to give the students advice for our everyday lives. Her teaching has showed us a different perspective on God's Word and has tried to make the students have an open mind. She is always willing to talk to any of the students in her spare time and tries to make science/ 7th grade Bible as fun as possible. For everyone complaining, how would you like it if I put myself on a pedestal and recorded every little thing you did and call you out and say that child/adult is the worst person ever because they did this or that. The same people complaining are the same people that themselves are trying their best to hid their faults and act like they're so high and more righteous than everyone else. For even God sees all these things you do."
"Remember that these reviews are subjective some people may think the opposite. The problem with parents and students is that they expect that they are going to a perfect school to where it fits everyone's needs. Do not expect that teachers know how to deal with everyone and all of their different needs. You know, sometimes children often buy lunch out of their account and the parents are oblivious and start blaming the school because of "hidden expenses". This school is a small community where you get to meet the people you see a lot. Some people like to have a small school and that they like seeing the people they know everyday. Each of the students all contribute to the environment. Knowing this, one student even your child can even change the mood of the entire school. Everyone is so quickly pointing fingers at the school when their child is in trouble but they completely disregard their child and see if they actually did something wrong. At the end of the day know that even your kid can be a bully no matter how sweet you think they are. This does not mean to say, that every child is going to turn out to be a bully but your child can make a change in our school."
"I wish I could give zero stars. I toured the facility when I was 4 months pregnant and was told a start date of October would work great and I didn’t need to put a deposit or anything to hold the spot. I just needed to fill out the paperwork. I then signed up my infant child to attend this daycare a month before he was born. When I dropped off paperwork I was told they would contact me. Never received a call. I then called every few days once he was two months old and was consistently told that the nursery director would call me back. She apparently only works a few hours a day, if at all. Needless to say I was told by an employee (not the nursery director who still won’t talk to me) TWO weeks before my son was set to attend that they don’t have a spot for him anymore and I have to now find a daycare that does. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. If this is the way they communicate with people trying to attend this nursery I can’t imagine how they will communicate once they HAVE your money! Answer the call and TELL me you don’t have a spot so I can look elsewhere! They are a joke and shouldn’t be in business."
"My daughter attended the preschool and school only because it was convenient to and from work. But I've had it with them, they find different ways to pull money out of you. At the end of the year I paid all balance dues made sure I had a clean slate before I would transfer my daughter. My daughter was only going to attend their camp for 3 days, I asked can the registration fee be waived they said OK only if I paid the 3 days upfront. No problem paid the $90. Now I'm asking for my daughters report card, theirs a balance due on her account of $130. I informed them that was wrong she even doubted that. She looked into it Oh no ma'am its $70, for an unpaid 3 days of camp. Hold up wait a minute last I checked and everybody else knows this, that CHA would not allow you to drop off the child to summer camp without all fee's being paid on that MONDAY. Last year they turned my daughter around because I didn't have the camp fee on MONDAY that first day of camp. They assured everyone that they are not billing no one for summer camp. I truly dislike this school I would use anther word but I'm a Christian. They are money hungry and I believe they are stealing yes STEALING money, by making up bogus fraudulent missed payments. Lying saying you haven't paid something. Notice all these unpaid balances come at the end of the year. I'm never referring or recommending anyone goes here."
