"Terrible customer service skills (ironic he claims to teach Realtors how to do business). During his pushy sales pitch over the text conversation we had, he tells me to Zelle him payment for his course and provides me the phone number for his account, which was incorrect, so I ended up sending money to a stranger without realizing it. When I let Jorge know that my payment was complete, he says “If you want a receipt don’t zelle me, I will send you an into your email and you pay with your credit card.” He showed no accountability for his mistake, didn’t even apologize, didn’t care that I potentially lost my money, and then blew me off saying if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else! Terribly unprofessional individual!! If I could give zero stars I would."
