"My experience here isn't too great. Transitioning from Pre-k to Kindergarten I think the staff should be a little more considerate to these little kids feelings. When I do bring it to upper management and even the teacher's attention my child's voice gets brushed off. It seems to me that the staff covers up for each other and if my child has a problem it's always a misunderstanding."
