"My daughter is a student at this school and is part of the Class of 2018. As a single parent of a child that has had custody of his daughter since she was 3 years old and have been given decision making authority by the Courts. This school is now threatening I, a parents that just want to remove their daughter from this from this school with the authorities. This school is not for kids of separated parents. And also its academic is second rate. THIS SCHOOL IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY PARENT."
"The vice principal is amazing! Very involved very caring. I don’t understand the negative reviews of this School, my daughter just finished her first semester and she is so happy. No school is perfect, but st Brendan offers a lot of opportunity. Very pleased so far!"
"This school is a terrible environment, contributed by both faculty and students alike. Coming to this place was by far the worst decision I have ever made in my life. Every day was, with no exaggeration necessary, a living hell. Placing your child in a school like this is not a good idea. I was so much happier when I got out, now I'm able to actually grow as a person and do better academically."
"The school is honestly terrible. Every teacher here doesn't care about your child or the fact they have 6 other classes besides theirs. I once had a teacher tell me none of my other classes mattered and I should only do their homework. Most teachers half ass the reviews or don't care at all. The Principle doesn't care about the arts in the school or the drama program. He wants the school to be completely S.T.E.M and adores the Alpha program while the regular ed get little to no recognition. He favors sports but does not care that dance is also a sport. He also does not allow Special Ed students to make honor roll, I don't know why. I'm a special ed student and I was told I wouldn't make honor roll because the principal doesn't allow it to. The two programs that he adores go on multiple field trips throughout the years, but your child will only have 3 class trips. Freshman don't get a class trip. This school is based off of favoritism. If you want your child to have a good high school experience, I recommend not sending them to this school. I was a student in this school, I speak from experience."
"i am a divorced dad and i have tried on several occasions to find out the status of the children , two children that i have without ever receiving a response, i also for obvious reasons wanted to know how to legally proceed in the matter if this was the case....the school completely ignored me....i really do not see the high rating of the school and am concerned about my kids and the high crime rate especially against children in miami dade county, showing concern went a lot further when my parents inquired about me in the archdiocese of new york when i attended catholic school...dr louis anthony pisani"
