"PART 1: HORRIBLE PLACE! AWFUL EMPLOYEES! The people who work here are the perfect example of this, When you give people the authority over others' lives, They will milk having that power and authority DRY! LONG STORY: When my situation occurred I was moving in 2 months. I paid for my class 2 days after my incident happened. I intended to think I could go ahead and put the class behind me before moving. NOPE! An employee told me they can ONLY schedule classes 4 to 6 weeks out. After being told that I didn’t make a big deal out of it. I told myself I would figure it out and be here for the date scheduled. The time of class has come! I am moved at this point! I drove 6 hours to attend my scheduled class. 6 Hours!! I took off work and my son missed school. When I was 1.5 hours away from Tallahassee there was an accident. I had to find a detour just to ensure I had enough time to drop my son off and make it to class. I arrived at the building at 6:01. There was a red truck in front of me letting a guy out as well. He started walking towards the door and so did I. As I started pacing towards the door, my mom yelled out “Your purse, what if they need to ID you” I quickly turned around grabbed my purse and ran to the door. I grabbed the door and it was LOCKED! It was 6:03 pm! I respectfully knock on the door. I peeped through the door and knocked again. I moved down by the windows and started knocking again! After knocking for over 11/12 minutes a black female teacher and a white male come to the door. When they opened the door I explained Hey, You locked the door and I was right behind the guy who got out of the truck. The female teacher says I didn’t see you. I responded whoever dropped him off stopped at the front door, my mom parked to your left. I described how the guy looked, what clothing he had on, the color of the truck, and the items he had in his hand. I did all of that to let them know I did pull in the parking lot at the same time as he did and we both got out at the same time. I explained I was walking towards the door and didn’t have my purse and turned around to grab it because I knew my identification most likely was going to be asked for. These people did not care! I explained how I had just driven 6 hours to be here and if I could be allowed in. Again, not an ounce of empathy was shown. Keep in mind I wasn’t even 5 minutes late! I stood outside knocking for at least 11/12 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I realized these people did not care I grew angry and words were exchanged between myself and the female teacher. The next day, Saturday morning I showed up attempting to go to the class I PAID FOR!! I arrived to the class at 7:55 AM. When I entered the class the female teacher asked are you the girl from yesterday. I responded, yes. The teacher responded can you come here for a second. The two of them stepped out to the lobby. She mentioned to me “I filed a police report from yesterday.” I responded “OK.” The was a moment of silence so I proceeded to ask “Is that your way of telling me I cannot come to class because I was told to try to come to the Saturday class session?” The teacher responded, “Yes, you want a copy of the report?” I responded yes and sat down waiting for her to bring me a copy. While waiting I thought to myself it doesn’t take that long to make a copy of something. I called my mom and she came inside. We waited for another few minutes and then I mentioned to my mom it doesn’t take this long to make a copy of something do you think they are calling the police since she mentioned a report was made? My mom gets up and walks around the corner to look for them. They were deep down the hall and on the phone with someone. My mom said, “We have been waiting for a copy of the report.” The teacher says “Yes, I am on the phone with the program director……pauses….then turns and says on the phone “She said they told her to come to class today and not leave.”"
"Did my two days of DUI school, the professor told us that everyone was going to fail the evaluation and sent somewhere else to complete it. Went in for my evaluation and guess what... I failed it. Why? Because she thinks my tolerance is too high??? What is the point of doing the DUI school if you’re guaranteed to fail the evaluation? Also, apparently, all their computer systems were down and the person who was supposed to do my evaluation did not show up so instead I got a random lady. This place is an absolute joke please stay away from here."
"Terrible people working here. They are extremely rude and have a attitude and talk down to the people they are supposed to help. They can call you at any time telling you they need to reschedule your appointment but if you need a appointment rescheduled for any reason there is a large fee for this. On top of that they don’t keep track of things that they are required to and will threaten your livelihood by attempting to take away your license when you are following all procedures and requirements to a T. They gave me information that conflicted directly with what the FLHSMV gave me, so they aren’t very educated in their field of work on top of the unprofessional attitude. I would’ve rather gone anywhere else but here."
"This office is horrible! They are rude to deal with and do not follow through with sending information. There is always a new fee every time you talk to them. When you complete the classes they do not send the information to the proper places then charge you a reopen fee to your file to get that information sent. They believe they are above everyone. Counseling that has been completed signed and provided to everyone that was even accepted and approved by a judge is not good enough for them and they will tell you that. I don't know how to put into words that you complete counseling, regards, and treatments then get told it's not good enough. This place is the reason people drink and what triggers relapses for those in recovery. Everyone beware."
""Attention" This place is very unprofessional !!! The receptionist (Felicia ) is very difficult to hold an adult conversation with and other councillors refuse to talk with her ,do to her argumentative , disrespectful, attitude."
