"i’ve been going to the school since sixth grade and it is by far the worst school I’ve ever attended in my 10 years of living in Miami. The kids are just insanely rude and it ruins my experience at the school. I just wanted to go to a normal school with normal kids but I can’t do that anymore. they just push us too hard. The bathrooms are just dirty to the point where once I walk in the bathroom, I immediately walk back out. if you go to Doodoo Academy I suggest you should pack your things and go immediately."

"In my 7 years with this school I have come to the realization that it is filled with partisanship. This school has very helpful and friendly security guards and very qualified teachers, nonetheless this is outblanced by the handful of unqualified and rude staff. Overcrowded halls and poorly designed classrooms are the norm. If you don’t want your 11 year old kid roaming the halls with 18 year olds then I suggest you enroll them into a purely dedicated middle school. Since this a preparatory charter school expect a great deal of strenuous work and don’t try to take shortcuts. This schools administration is known to be overly aggressive when it comes to following the rules, so if you mind your own business, do good in school and follow all the rules you should be fine."

"Went down there tonight Flying L's softball team against the Doral softball team. Doral is the number one team in the state for 6A. Fort Lauderdale hasn't been a district champion or going to the regionals in 20 years. Those girls went out there tonight and hung with the number one team. Proud of them is an understatement. As far as the facilities of Doral top notch. They had concession stand they had a pizza truck they had water for the girls. The fields are kept up very nice when I seen the batting cages, basketball courts, the softball field itself all completely just perfect. The softball coach Willie it's a great guy did a heck of a job with his senior night tonight. I would go down to that school again. There are some schools that you just say man I don't ever want to go back there. You get one of them vibes from schools like that like I don't want her to come back here anymore. Doral did their job, a place for us to go when we're under lightning delay. Just all the way around other than starting late which is out of their hands everything was perfect down there. It's a very great experience going down to that school and playing ball"

"If you can handle the work you have depending on your classes, and your teachers can actually teach and make you understand (there are some, but not a lot that I recall that do that), your time here is calm. The main thing you need here to succeed academically is hard work and dedication."

"Doral Academy is a wonderful school for all kinds of students. Whether you are an athlete, have a passion for the arts, an academically strong student, or all of the above, you will do great here. The sports teams are determined, the performing arts are very talented, there's a great variety of classes, and the opportunity to earn your AA while being in the school. I was a Performing Arts student for all four years and am so thankful for all the opportunities I was given throughout my time here; competitions, real-world experiences, and in-class projects are just a few. I also was able to get my AA from Doral College, which is a great savings and allowed me to experience college responsibilities early on. I highly recommend Doral to anyone interested!"
