"The service is a hit or miss. The morning shift seems to be very good about how they prepare the food and how they package it. Night shift just slaps everything together messily and calls it a day. They need to improve consistency in service whether it is night or day."

"One thing this restaurant doesn’t fail in doing is getting orders wrong. Every time I dine in or take out they manage to get my modified salad order wrong or forget to add the sides I ordered. Beware of this and make sure to check your order before you drive off because it will most likely happen to you as well."

"My sister decided to dine at Panera Bread before we start our day. We ordered our food thru a computer and the transaction was very easy. Upon getting our food we sat ourselves in a table. It was kinda of dirty because someone didn’t cleaned up after themselves. We ordered the sausage, scramble eggs and cheese on a Asiago bagel, and a cappuccino. The food was delicious but the customer service was lacking. Needs improvement in that area."

"Ordered food and the soup bowl had residue from a previous meal all over the bottom half. Told an employee and she just told me "ok, thank you". No form of apology. Do not recommend for sanitary purposes; food also missed chips and avocado in a salad."

"Very convenient store in the area of Kendall. It is located in a very quiet place which really reduces the waiting time. Drive through is a good choice. I requested assistance choosing a salad and seems like the server couldn't offer a better choice. Pinnapple, blueberry, strawberry, mandarin, and pecans. I loved it. The soup was really good too. In the last few days I repeated my visit multiple times and of course tried different salads liking all of them (dine in & take out). Definitely good place for having fast food and one of the favorite choices for weekly scape."
