"I went for high light. The girl didn't have a clue, she would walk away while doing my roots and walk around. The instructor didn't supervise her enough. I left without high light, paid $ 45 for the roots touch up and left with my face stained. My experience wasn't good. When I told the desk lady, her excuse was that they are students and still charged me $45. They shouldn't charge professional prices. I would never comeback."

"I didn't know what salon to go to so I decided to try the Paul Mitchell School in Fort Myers. I had an appointment and they saw me on time. Annii was my stylist. She was so nice and WOW! She did a great job of my highlights/lowlights with dimmension. I have been having highlights/lowlights for many years. This is the first time I could see how pretty the color was before I arrived home (you can always tell with your home lighting), but it was. even better at home. Do you want color? Ask for Annii but hurry, she will be graduating soon. I also have to mention her instructor also...I couldn't see the spelling of her name it began with an E (sorry). She was great, too. I saw other clients walk out with great haircuts and smiles. No, I didn't know anyone at the school, I wasn't solicited for a good review. It's just me."

"I went here and it was a terrible experience. The education was severely lacking. It is a money driven school. The owner (Tina Black) made the school hyped up in Christianity and focused around her motivational speaking career and cancer. Regularly subjected to Christian music and religious discussion during school. I was subjected to hate speech by other students and then made to sit down with them and explain to them how their hate speech was wrong. These people had ME talk to people and explain to them how what they were doing wasn’t okay. There was a student who was very aggressive and had threatened people and they did nothing about that either. I guess we were all supposed to handle that too. We were left alone to just figure stuff out so many times it was unreal. I would never go to a school like this again. I would go to a regular run of the mill beauty school and stay far away from this cult. I was mental impacted by the people working here. It was horrible. When I was gone from the school for over a month the financial aid office tried to call me and say I owed another however much money. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR OWN HOURS because they will try it. They couldn’t with me because I had proof. Shady shady shady. Oh and my “graduation” was allllllllll about Tina. My family couldn’t figure out what was even going on hahaha. Wild."

I had highlights, a haircut, and a deep conditioning treatment, and I must say, Emma did an amazing job! Despite a minor setback where the school was waiting for a toner shipment, Emma went above and beyond to ensure my hair turned out beautifully. She skillfully blended two toners to achieve the desired result, showcasing her expertise and creativity. Emma’s attention to detail and dedication to her craft were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did she listen attentively to my preferences, but she also offered valuable suggestions that enhanced the final look.
