"The staff at this location are really on the ball. My server was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our drinks were refilled and checked in frequently to make sure everything was satisfactory. The food was average and nothing very exceptional about it for the price point. However the ingredients were fresh and the atmosphere was quiet and calm. I would recommend this location for anyone who wants comfort food in a familiar setting."

"Blooming chicken a little over-cooked, never got our drinks as we're told it was the bartender 'printer' fault, we were ok drinking water but the waitress was somewhat unattentive. During my dinning, I saw the reviews of the restaurant and I am hoping the franchise owner or manager take care of these little details. Place is good, accesible and plenty of parking. Clean, and greeter was adorable."

"Very rarely I get a specific crave, that happened not too long ago which was a craving for a blooming onion from Outback Steakhouse, I went with my wife and son to the 163rd street location, we were greeted nicely and sat down properly on a booth, our waitress was nice and upbeat, everything was going smoothly, that is until the food started to arrive. The long awaited blooming onion, was a greasefest, and not bloomed at all, you could literally see the dark spots of re-used oil on every strip, some of them were not even covered in batter and they were all skinny and small, all of this was on top of a bed of oil that you could basically scoop. I am not saying that grease wasn't expected, I understand that this is all deep-fried, but the taste and look was just awful, then the main plate came after a good while. I had a steak with breaded spicy chicken and mash, my son had rib-eye with coconut shrimp and a baked potato and my wife had pasta with meat and shrimp. The steak was basically rare(the oicture attached is even after they "re-fired it"), the mash potatoes and chicken never came, they served me a raw steak with a baked potato that was basically made of salt. I had to ask for my chicken and they deep-fried something really quick and threw some spicy honey on top that was almost disrespectful, my wife's meat had pieces of char in the meat and salted beyond belief, the only half decent meal was my son's rib-eye which was poorly cooked but the fact that it was a better piece of steak saved it, as for the coconut chrimp, once again, clearly they were dropped in the same oil where they fried everything so they were dirty and sticky sweet, he left them on the plate. My wife was brave enough to mention her meat which was uneatable and sent it back, they comped that plate, which was appreciated, but the barely compensates a borderline atrocious meal. The people were nice, and we weren't treated badly, but having to pay for such a meal is just dissapointing. First and last for us."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a to-go order and my soup lid was busted. Half of my soup was in the bag. My fries came with no bacon. No ranch. I went back in to ask for more two large ranch and it took him 15 minutes to get me two small ranch. The service took 20 minutes longer than said on phone. People at front desk did not know what they were doing, was running around doing tasks together for no reason. I called to talk to a manager and was left on hold for another 30 minutes. I called back and still left on hold for another 10 minutes. I finally gave up and decided to leave a review. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is unbelievable and I will never eat there again. UNBELIEVABLE."

"I never leave reviews unless it was a truly incredible or an absolutely awful experience. This was an absolutely awful experience. I also have to say that Outback was my family's main restaurant growing up and we would eat there and celebrate everything maybe 5-10 times a year. It's fallen off completely. At least the North Miami main location on 163rd. I ordered the lunch special for the 11.99 steak, see the attached photo of how tiny this was. It's laughable. I didn't realize an 11.99 lunch was for toddlers. Not only that but I had to return it as it was uncooked completely when I ordered medium. Came with barely any fries. Side of mash was small and chicken fingers were tiny. The ice cream had barely any chocolate. Since the beginning of my order my waitress with glasses has a terrible attitude, not one even crack if a smile. I either caught her on one of her worst days, or she has an absolutely terrible personality and shouldn't even think of being a waitress. She wouldn't even reply sometimes just walk away when I talked to her. She shouldn't be a waitress. Bad service and I shouldn't have tipped the little amount I did. Manager was nice, but she was awful and was not pleasant. Not just that but my Outback gift card that was given to me for Christmas did not work. I'm not sure who's fault that is but my parents were charged and Outback should be at fault at the location they bought it. Was late for an appointment because of this issue. So all in all just a bad experience. I don't recommend Outback any longer these days, used to be fantastic a decade ago but now just not good. Definitely not this location. See the pics. Shame!"
