"I came to order two breakfasts and i was missing two syrups, the day prior that i ordered the same thing i was missing jelly’s, therefore it made me come back today just to mention that its not the first time. i ended up throwing them away. I ask the supervisor name Tisha if she can get me a coffee as an exchange for a mistake. I didn’t get any sorry just a rude “ I can’t do anything about it.” No proper customer service at all. Zero Manners. They gave me Barbecue Sauce as a Syrup that’s what got me upset. Not the first time."

"Absolutely disappointed with the service. The young lady in the drive through window very rude, speaking her native language ( Creole). Then we ask to speak to a manager and she laugh in our face.... Corporate will be hearing from me.."

"This McDonald’s is horrible with customer service. Also I have arrived there before work on several occasions around 5am and they said that they are closed. Change the freaking hours online then and get some better managers!"

"The manager maylin with blonde hair is so rude I got there 1:10 December 22 2023 she was screaming at her employees and catching an attitude with me for no reason telling me why I shouldn’t be worried about my order that I placed that is not my business poor employee was so nervous to even tell me her name if she doesn’t like her job tell her quit. This was my favorite McDonald’s until I encountered that witch! Praying for the rest of the employees there"

"On the way home, stopped by to grab something quick and easy for lunch. We ordered QuarterPounders combo meals. They tasted ok as always. Had enough left over for the dogs, no onions, of course. It was quick and easy, no long lines today."
