"If I could give this place more than five stars I would. Both Chloe and Ryan were amazing teachers, very hands on and understanding of any and all questions asked. This class was very high paced, lots to study in a short amount of time. With that being said, their method of teaching allows you to absorb information subconsciously. Both are very motivating and inspirational. I’m happy to have learned from them. This class is what WILL make you an elite bartender, separating you from the rest. (July 27th- August 6th class)."

"Just finished the December 1-10, 2020 Class! I'm sure all the Instructors are great - so grateful I had CHLOE MARTINEZ as mine! Chloe was not only passionate about teaching the class - her overall knowledge and experience in many aspects of the field make her an excellent instructor! She was patient, encouraging and every question was answered until she was sure the comprehension was solid! Additionally, I really appreciate the forum and the continued efforts in engaging alumni of the program and the efforts for job placement. Definitely recommend the school - and Chloe! "My instructor was Alyssa. She was amazing! Truly! She went over everything in an manner that was easy to digest. She was quick to call out mistakes, but also to praise good work. She pointed out weak areas to us, as well. I could not be happier with my experience, not just with her, but also with the other instructor Miranda. She filled in a day, and was on par with Alyssa. Austin was professional and invested in not only the school, but his students and staff in a way that is rare. Definitely a gem of a school."

"I attended the school pretty recently. I would never have imagined myself learning so much in a 9 day course. It definitely takes some effort on the student's part as far as memorizing the drinks, but the layout of how the course is structured even makes that easier than I thought going into it. They offer enough practice time for you to get comfortable behind the bar, and I was even able to practice after hours to tie up any lose ends that were slowing me down. My instructor was Miranda. She was fantastic; simplified everything in a way where it was understandable and easy to repeat. Austin's great. Not only did he do a phenomenal job teaching the class when he stepped in, but he was able to get me in my first event within a week of me completing the course. They really seem to look out for the students. Since the school I am way faster behind the bar I am currently working at. I can keep up with the service well on a Friday night because my ability to recall and pump out drinks has increased so much. Definitely recommend the school for anyone starting out or even bartenders that have been in the game for a while, because I learned things there that bartenders that have been at my job for years don't do at work. Great school."
