"Pubbelly has been my favorite restaurant for the past few years! It’s perfect for a more casual lunch or even a birthday celebration. The dishes are so creative and delicious. The heat roll and big eye tuna are some of my favorites. The atmosphere is very cool and hip and service is always superb! Love it!"

"The best part was my drink, which was lychee martini. The rice was suppose to be kimchi friedrice however it was lacking kimchi flavor. I requested kimchi and it was brought to table, the kimchi slaw lacked flavor and I was charge additional $3 for it. The kimchi rice also came with pork, I substituted for chicken and was charged $4 additional for that also. With all the additional pricing at no point the waiter mentioned the up charges. Until I got the bill, had I known, I wouldn’t requested. Overall the food was a bit pricey and the taste just wasn’t there. The rock shrimp tempura taste ok, but didn’t taste like shrimp? It just wasn’t a good lunch experience"
