"I was a patron there tonight, and was accused of dining and dashing. I paid for my tab in full. I do believe my experience was racially charged. If you are of ethnic decent, do business elsewhere!!!"
"Rose was the bomb, Great customer service she has a well put together staff, snoww was my bartender everybody was professional with great vibes made us feel like we been coming there for years. Most definitely the best spot in Miami hands down. From the drinks to food everything was A1."
"Had a group of female friends walk in minutes before me with no problem. Walked in with my bf about 10 minutes later dressed in the same atttire and was “dress coded” for a price of $40.(Sweat pant, crop top and slides. Was dressed identical to group mate) Immediately turned around. I’m fine with dress code as long as it’s the same for everyone. But do not agree with this"
"I’ve sat on this review since Christmas night because I seriously hate to leave a poor review about another business, but I’m STILL not over my experience! Paid $40 for parking since nothing else close was available and it was raining + $312 (with tax and gratuity) for a bottle since it was required, per the waitress, in order to have a section to sit down and eat my food comfortably. Ordered my food after waiting and repeatedly asking for a menu for 20min while my waitress was taking liquor shots. (She took a shot of my liquor when she brought the bottle, and I saw her in another section drinking more.) Waited for another hour after ordering then asked 2 different waitresses to check on the status of my order, only to be told they had been out of wings for over an hour (BEFORE I ORDERED!!!), so they could charge me for the fries and refund me for the wings. I have NEVER been so insulted in a place of business in my life. After telling the waitress that her statement was insulting & terrible customer service, and to go get her supervisor, the supervisor (Rose) apologized, refunded my food order in full, gave me the fries, and said next time the wings are on them. Mind you… I basically paid over $350 to EAT here (THE ONLY REASON I CAME!), and somehow the waitress nor the supervisor knew they were out of what I ordered?! HORRIBLE experience & service!!!"
"My friends and I came to Ghostbar for their 90s hip-hop and R&B Saturday brunch to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. If you’re looking for a nice chill vibe with some great food for the weekend, this is the place you would want to come to. This place is very popular so I suggest making a reservation ahead of time to ensure seating if it gets crowded. When we came in we were promptly greeted by the host, and we were taken to our table. The music was on point as I’d like to say lol. They played all the great 90s hip-hop and R&B. We were then presented with menus and ordered drinks. I ordered the strawberry lychee punch, and my friend ordered the blue Long Island. These drinks were strong but very tasty. We started off with the salmon bites as an appetizer, and these are the best salmon bites I’ve had thus far. They were fried to a perfect crisp, while still being juicy, and seasoned with flavor. I ordered the sweet chili shrimp with a side of loaded mashed potatoes. I was surprised at the big portion sizes, and the food was cooked very well, I was happy with what I ordered. My friends ordered the grilled salmon and the American breakfast sandwich which they enjoyed as well. All our food came out just as we ordered and hot. To end the brunch with a sweet note, we ordered the fried Oreos which was just what we needed lol. They were soft but crispy. It also had a good amount of breading on them to where it didn’t overpower the Oreos. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will be back again."
