"Second time here. I know it’s Valentine’s Day, but in my world it’s my husbands birthday. I set up this reservation 1 month In advance. Even stayed on reservation it was a birthday! Zero acknowledgment at all. I thought there would have been a desert or some acknowledgment - Drinks took 20 minutes to get. We had to send food back which we had to wait for. Ordered another round of drinks which we waited 20 more minutes to get. Then told we need to leave as we have been there for 2 hours - well if we didn’t have to wait a total of 40 minutes for drinks and send food back, we would have been gone by the time frame we were at the Max for. Just disappointed as I put effort into my husbands birthday and zero recognition!"

If they could address the seating arrangement to offer a bit more space between tables, it would elevate the dining experience significantly.
