"My food was hot and very good. Not to mention their sweet tea is really good I think their sweet tea is the best in town. The staff and managers Carol and Cola are the best, they greet all of their customers with a smile and heart warming attitudes. I will definitely be back."
"I like to commend the evening team, they truly work with excellence. The drive through was jam packed and they kept it going smoothly, they are organized and everyone had great customer service. "Late night visit on 10/15/23. Lobby was closed .Got in line at 11:30pm finally got to the window at 12:15am. Very slow. Wanted to leave because they were taking so long but there was nowhere to get out of line. And also saw the other ppl in drive thru getting angry with wait. The car in front of me passenger actually got out of her car to walk to the drive thru window she was very upset about the wait .From looking through the windows it looked like only one person was actually working while three other employees were sitting at the tables talking and laughing with a guy who wasn't an employee . He had his scooter in the store with him. If all the employees were actually working that wait wouldn't have been that long. Popeyes please speak to your employees about this ."
"This was a 5 star experience for me. I used the app to order and was able to capitalize on a free 2pc chicken offer - SWEET! I'm an infrequent patron because at times I find the food to be salty, but this time it was hot, fresh and perfectly seasoned. Suzette was phenomenal in her attention to detail while preparing my order as I saw her inspect individual pieces to ensure only quality was received by the customer.
