"The attention was very bad. I bought an onion soup that was cold and the dressing for cesar salad was minimal. A disaster. Never more. Only the cashier was sweet. They spoke between they and do not worry for the clients..."

"The first time I ordered from the restaurant they gave me a tuna salad sandwich with no tuna. I called and they fixed it at a later date but gave me half a sandwich in return for my full one. I said “maybe that day was a bad day” and tried to order from this particular branch again. When I went in my order wasn’t on the rapid checkout shelf, instead it was behind the servers where they were making sandwiches. Then I noticed that I had asked for tomatoes and peppers on the side and they didn’t even do that. So they just don’t care about customers here as I haven’t had one positive experience here. I wouldn’t have even thought about writing this review if it wasn’t for the horrible customer service I was faced with the second time I went here. On further inspection I did not even get the frizzled onions or spinach."

"Sheridan store very nice and clean. We spend with my friends 5 hours talking and enjoying food. Great place for gathering. Food was very good and cold teas delicious mixed. After that I come back to purchase dinner for my kids and they love the half sandwich and soup with a delicious bear foot dessert...also we tried the cookies .."

"Stopped by the restaurant, after my coworker cut my hair today, prior to me leaving for Cap Cana. Some of the guests were getting frustrated with the hold up on their food. Mine was ready within minutes....bbq chicken smokehouse sandwich. Oh so good."
